What is a Limpia?
Limpias are a traditional energetic cleansing where the physical body is brushed with herbs, flowers, obsidian, or eggs to remove and clear negativity and blockages. Platicas also known as a heart to heart conversation between client and practitioner, allows the client to unburden the heart in a caring and judgement free environment. Incense smoke, and sacred floral water may also be used.
Core Vibrational Tuning (Tuning Fork) Therapy is a powerful energetic cleansing and re-balancing therapy. It helps with deep relaxation, assists with pain and anxiety relief, clears and balances the chakras, feeling "lighter" and renewed.
